Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an explicit communication (for example, via email to digitalshelf16@gmail.com) before the deadline.
Return methods
Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notification, in the same condition in which they were received. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Refund
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Legal warranty
All products are covered by the legal conformity warranty of 2 years from the delivery date, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Right of withdrawal for digital content
For digital content (downloads, software licenses, access to online content), the right of withdrawal applies pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 170/2021.
Exception to withdrawal: The right of withdrawal lapses if, before the expiry of the 14-day period, the customer has explicitly consented to the immediate execution of the contract and has acknowledged that such consent entails the loss of the right of withdrawal when the download or access to the content begins.
Such consent is requested and recorded at checkout.
Legal warranty for digital content
Digital content is covered by the legal conformity warranty for 2 years from supply, pursuant to Legislative Decree 170/2021 (transposition of EU Directive 2019/770). In case of non-conformity, the consumer has the right to restoration of conformity or, if not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Delivery methods
Digital content is provided immediately after payment confirmation, via: download link and/or access to the reserved area and/or email. The delivery of physical media is not foreseen.
Refund for digital content
If the right of withdrawal is applicable (for example, if the download has not yet started and the aforementioned consent has not been given), the refund will be made within 14 days of the withdrawal notification, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
